A digital experience aligned with the way care is delivered.
The website identity was designed to convey serenity, closeness and rigor. The editorial composition, green palette, typography and controlled use of imagery create a distinctive presence without resorting to the generic visual language of many clinical websites.
LEVORA CMS as the management base.
The entire project was implemented on the new LEVORA CMS. The clinic can now manage pages, content, images, institutional information, SEO and essential settings through its own structure, organized to reduce technical dependencies and maintain the consistency of the public experience.
Custom appointment request development.
The traditional form was replaced by a custom five-step module: patient, contact, care, availability and confirmation. The sequence adapts the information collection to the selected profile, allows the request to be framed before scheduling and transparently presents the clinic's review and contact process.
Automatic communications and organization.
After submission, the system creates an internal record of the request and triggers automatic emails for the team and for the person requesting care. The information arrives structured, reducing unnecessary initial back-and-forth and enabling a more prepared response.
Responsiveness treated as part of the product.
The mobile menu, content hierarchy, buttons, information blocks and the request flow itself were designed specifically for small screens. The experience maintains clarity, readability and continuity on desktop, tablet and mobile.
A platform prepared to grow with the clinic.
The architecture makes it possible to add specialties, professionals, content, pages and new integrations without changing the visual foundation or rebuilding the system. The website works as a continuous digital infrastructure, not just as an institutional presentation.
